However, by using the NECTORIDE platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
NECTORIDE operates solely as a technology platform that connects drivers and riders who wish to share rides. NECTORIDE does not provide transportation services and does not own, operate, or control the vehicles used in any carpooling arrangements.
All users (drivers and riders) are responsible for their own actions, decisions, and conduct when arranging or participating in rides through the platform. Users are expected to exercise reasonable judgment and caution when interacting with others.
While NECTORIDE strives to implement and maintain security features—including account verification, reporting tools, and other safety mechanisms—no system can guarantee complete safety or eliminate all risks associated with interactions between individuals.
NECTORIDE shall not be held liable or responsible for any incidents, damages, injuries, losses, disputes, theft, misconduct, or other security-related issues that may occur between users before, during, or after a carpooling arrangement facilitated through the platform.
By using NECTORIDE, users voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in carpooling activities and interacting with other users.
NECTORIDE encourages users to report suspicious behavior, safety concerns, or violations of platform policies. Reports will be reviewed and appropriate action may be taken in accordance with our policies.
By accessing or using the NECTORIDE platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Safety & Liability Agreement.
